International units and basic math

1. Calories displayed at Garmin Connect for each activity. The “C” in terms of Garmin stands for kCal. It might missed your engineer's attention that C was occupied by Celsius (without degree sign) and Coulomb, the unit of electrical charge.
Or, when Garmin bought the algorithm for calories calculation from FirstBeat, there was no money left for the units, so Garmin introduced their own for calories.
In terms of international standardization, the units and values are following:
1 kCal (kilocalories) = 1000 Cal (calories)
1 kJ (kilojoule) = 0,2348859 kCal
1 kCal = 4,1868 kJ

2. The equation. Per Garmin, the correct equilibrium is: 83kg > 91kg.

3. At my weight of 83kg, I am 62cm tall...

This is all calculated automatically, under my profile however, I have set up different data. Well done, Garmin!
