In the Active Calories report, calories from Walk activities are missing. And calories from daily steps are shown as "Walking".
Example from December 22:
If I open Daily Summary go to the Activities tab and scroll to December 22, I had active calories from 4 sources:
Walk activity: 59 Calories.
Cycling activity: 154 Calories
Cycling activity: 682 Calories
Daily steps: 130 Calories
Total: 1025 Calories
If I open the Total Calories report, I see 1025 active Calories. So this is consistent with the Daily Summary.
But if I open the Active Calories report, the 59 Calories from the Walk activity have disappeared. And the 130 Calories from Daily Steps are labelled as "Walking". Total active Calories in this view is only 966 Calories.
This also happens on days where my only activity is a Walk activity. For example, today I have so far 41 Calories from Daily Steps and 316 Calories from a Walk activity. So in the Total Calories report I can see 357 active Calories. But in the Active Calories report I can only see 41 Calories.
All other activities seem to show up in the Active Calories report. Cycling, Running, Swimming and Paddling (the latter shown as "Other"). Only Walk activities do not show up.
I wonder if Garmin got themselves confused and first labeled the Calories from Daily Steps as "Walking", then started adding all the activities, and when they came to the Walk activity, someone said "Oh, someone else already added Walking. Then I don't have to."
