Strava linking

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to link rides recorded in strava to Garmin connect? I can work it the other way round such that data recorded through Garmin connect (via my vivosmart 3) goes to strava, but I was hoping to record on Strava and get that sent to Garmin connect. The reason for this is that I can link the vivosmart to strava via ANT+, record heart rate and use the phone GPS for rides so I get all the details in one place.

I don't know about a direct way, but https://tapiriik.com/ can sync between the two.
