Connect Nokia/Whitings scale to Garmin Connect

I have a Withings scale (WS-50 I think). I linked Withings to MyFitnessPal and have also linked Garmin to MyFitnessPal. My weight data moves from Withings to MyFitnessPal and then to Garmin seamlessly. This has been working without issue for two years.

I have the same set up as you, jlgranth, but it doesn't sync for me. One thing I wonder, did you have or use a Garmin scale at one point? I'm wondering if that "kick starts" the ability to use the scale feature in Connect.

I have a similar setup using the Fitbit Aria scale (used Fitbit before Garmin got into activity trackers) and it does just like the Withings scale does and syncs via MyFitnessPal. The weight data goes to Fitbit which sends it to MyFitnessPal and then Garmin Connect. I never had the Garmin scale. Before I switched to Garmin I already had Fitbit syncing with MFP and once I enabled Garmin to sync with it the weight data started moving automatically.

I have installed MyFitnessPal and connected it to the Whitings scale as well as to Garmin Connect. I still don't get my weight readings, any idea why?

Is it really sending weight data from myfitnesspal to Garmin? It doesn't work for me (weight data from a fitbit aria does come up in myfitnesspal)

GHG23 The link between Garmin and MyFitnessPal is a two way link... Garmin sends my workout data / calories burned to MyFitnessPal. MyFitnessPal sends my calories allotted and calories consumed to Garmin...as well as my weight.

pbjorgen Here are a couple of questions that might help you find the issue... Does your weight from Withings show up in MyFitnessPal? Do your activities in Garmin show up in MyFitnessPal? Lastly, does your daily calorie information from MyFitnessPal show up in Garmin (on the "Daily Summary" on the "Calories In/Out" tab)?

All three of these typically update very quickly for me, typically within seconds across the board of any update to any of the apps. If these three things are working, then I believe your weight should be transferring. Hope that helps...

I have the same setup, Nokia scale ,MyFitnessPal and Garming connected. And I can confirm there is an issue with getting the weight to the GarminConnect. MyFitnessPal reads it immediately from Nokia, but it won't show up in Garmin. Everything else (work out data/calories) are there, just weight won't sync.

My Vivoactive 3 is brand new so I have experience only about a week. It did sync the weight at the first connect, but not after that...

Jari I would try disconnecting MyFitnessPal from Garmin and reconnecting. As I recall, I connected to MyFitnessPal to Garmin by clicking on a link on the Garmin "Daily Summary / Calories In/Out" tab.
