Upload Problems

Hello everybody,

I have not been using my garmin in a long time, but on the 24th I went on a short ride and synched the data afterwards. I'm new on a mac but had no problem and the ride shows on garmin connect.

Today I did the same ride again but when I sync now it says sync successful but the ride does not show on garmin connect. The ride is however listed on the garmmin 800 device under history. Can't figure out why it is not working. Tried with strava and same issue. Both, garmin connect and strava indicate that data has been transferred but todays ride is not listed.

I've been synching with Garmin Express (successfully) yet nothing has shown on Connect since 24 December - same as you. I wonder if it's a glitch on their end?

Have you had any luck figuring it out? I've sent a message to Garmin but no response yet. (Maybe because of the holidays.)
