FIT-file, Activity Incomplete (seems lap info is not showing)

Did an 3hour workout this morning, but the activity file = FIT doesn't seem to have added the lap info (= most likely i pressed this "lap" start without knowing), but now when uploading on Strava it's not showing anything at all ;(
Your file only contains 6 seconds worth of data - the rest of the data just isn't there. I can see the 'Start All' command in the Event Log but that is all there is.
Hi Mike, Thanks for feedback but still strange since when i go to activity page (totals) in garmin itself it mentions 3 hours of sport (cfr. link enclosed) - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2394694708 - Allthough on the map it seems like i've only done 30 meters..... really strange :(
