I recently recorded a strength training workout on my Fenix 5 (software version 7.0.0.0). During the workout, I didn't bother correcting the reps and weight for each set. After the workout was over, the activity transfer over to Garmin Connect without issue. However, if I attempt to make any edits to the workout through Garmin Connect, the page throws an "Enter time less than 9 hours" or "Enter a time" error. There seems to be some kind of incorrect data validation going on during the "save" process.
