FTP setting doesnt propagate into Garmin Connect - Fenix 5 device

Hi,
I updated my FTP under device's user setting and then sync'ed to Fenix 5 multiple times; but Garmin Connect's FTP still shows old value under:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/re...ycling/current

Fenix 5 FW 7.0.0
GC android version 4.1.11
Nexus 6P Android 8.1.0

I dont think there is another place to set my FTP on web's GC. Did I miss anything?

Okay, it has been more than a day, and multiple activities sync'ed, but FTP still doesnt propagate to GC. How do I make this post a bug report?
