Incorrect Import from fitbit csv file

I'm doing an import from a fitbit csv file for my steps and it is not importing the correct number.

When I review the CSV file there are 101,102 steps in the file but Garmin only imports and shows 20,227 steps.

I've reimported 3-4 times and it still shows the same. Any help would be appreciated.
