Personal record is wrong! Help!

I beat my 10k PB on a run on Sunday. As you can see from the screen shot I did the 10k in 41:07. However the personal record has changed to over 42:00 which is clearly wrong. How do I get the personal record to reflect the PB achieved? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1279326.png

Domenica ho fatto un'altra mezza-maratona; è stata caricata in automatico su Garmin Connect, NESSUNA modifica è MAI stata apportata... e nonostante ciò - come da immagine allegata - i record personali NON sono stati aggiornati.
Come mai? E' CHIARAMENTE un Vs problema; quando ho comperato il ForeRunner ho acquistato anche un SERVIZIO che NON FUNZIONA DA MESI.
E' almeno la quarta segnalazione che vi faccio. Chiedo URGENTI chiarimenti.
