GC syncs everything but Device Settings

Vivoactive 3. Eveything seems to work except GC web won't allow me to get to Device Settings. Clicking the link gives me a page that says We're having trouble with this page. GCM on my iPhone 6S also works fine, syncing everything except I can't get to my Vivoactive 3 Device Settings there either. Clicking on the Device Settings tab takes me to a screen that says Network Connection Error. Again, activites, and all other things seem to sync and display fine in either GC for web or GCM for iOS. I've called on this issue multiple times and Garmin says it is a problem with their servers that should be corrected by the end of the day. Still happening three days on. Feels like it's an easy answer for Garmin Support to give, but my issue still persists. Ideas? I have uninstalled and reset set everything on my VA3 and the iPhone 6S running GCM. Still no change.
I share the issue where Device Settings cannot sync with the watch. I am not experiencing your issue with the web (clicking on Device Settings takes me to the expected page), but nothing moves down to the watch.
