Today I finished my first 12km run. My Vivosmart HR+ measured a total of 12.09 km.
However, when I look at the map, it says I finished after 6 km. The GPS of the first half of my run is there, but the second half is missing.
It did measure the complete 12km, it's just not on the map.
In other words, the GPS map and the activity data are not the same. Does anybody know what might have caused this and if it can be fixed?

Ps. During the run I did not notice anything unusual or receive any indication that the gps signal was lost. The battery was full when I started.
