Weekly HR zone and mileage overview summaries

Good morning all,
Apologies if this has been asked before; is there a way in GC to view a weekly summary of either minutes or percentages of time spent in each HR zone during each discipline, for the last 7 days and for the last 30 days? I haven't seen it anywhere, but it would be very useful.
Is there also a way of tracking weekly mileage and hours spent on workouts in each discipline, on a nice, long chart going back as long as you want? For example, I'd really like to see what my weekly mileage was 18mths ago, and how I built it up, etc. all the data I need is in GC, but I can't see how to visualize it clearly.

    I am looking for that same info. If you got an answer somewhere, can you tell me what it was? Right now, I need to go into RunKeeper which I connected to Garmin Connect to get better stats.
