Efforts not showing in Segment Leaderboards with exception of "Myself" setting

My efforts have suddenly disappeared from all applicable Segment LeaderBoards. They all do appear when view is set to Myself". All my profile settings show "Public". Been this way for a week or so. Any possible remedies would be much appreciated.
I have a similar problem for a segment I just ran. My “best time” per Garmin Connect, is enough to get me on the leaderboard, but it skips me and doesn’t show any placing for me.
The system now has a huge number of issues when used with my Garmin 510 - Most have been seen by others, but I'm not sure if others have all these issues. My positions on leaderboards have disappeared although I can see my times on myself; I cannot see my older activities; I see only zeros on the tracker when graphs of heart rate, speed, altitude, cadence are zoomed; in progress reports all columns are summed to give totals when even a child would realise that speed, average and maximum heart rate etc. should be averaged to be of any use. The inability to see individual rides when using reports whilst displaying more than 4 weeks of data is also a big loss, if one from a previous "system upgrade". If Garmin keep paying so little attention to their software I for one will be looking elsewhere for my tracking device. Do you, Garmin, not realise that we buy these devices for the accuracy and long term records of the statistics that tell us how we are doing, and NOT for the fancy appearance of a new but uninformative interface.
