global data center account and china data center account can't sync

Hi Garmin Connect Support,


We are using two database now, one global data center account and one china data center account, but two data center using different database and user info.

As my account has been transfer to China data center, so my account can't be connect with too many apps with Garmin connect, as it default connect to global data center account, why we can't sync the user/account data with the same format in two data center ?

if we transfer account from china data center to global data center ,some china sport app may also can't connect with Garmin account again.
This is not a good solution for us.

  • Yes, they just keep ignoring this issue. To have another server in China, which is good enough even in increase sync speed, but how could that be so difficult not to even sync the two servers? Even 1990's technology can solve this easily.

    I have to keep my account in the global server to keep cycling analysis, strava etc. sync, but lost group track just cause i and my friends not even in the same server!!!
