I recently purchased an Etrex 20x and I'm a bit disappointed with the USB connectivity with Windows 10. It seems to conflict with other devices such as mouse, keypad, etc. and when it's plugged in everything slows to a crawl. Yes I've updated the S/W on the Etrex, and have it set to act as a USB mass storage device. Anyone else experience this, and fix it?
