Vivoactive 3 notifications issue

I am having the same issue. I used to receive sms and email notifcations but I have now lost them too and have checked the permissions and they’re all set to on. Guess we will just have to wait until the next software update before the issue is rectified! :(

P.s I have iPhone though not Samsung

Its really annoying. I get some now but it says error right after.

Are you still having this issue? My husband and I both have Samsung phones and were not getting text notifications. I finally resolved it by installing a different free text app and using that instead of the default one with the phone. It cleared that up and now we both get all the notifications we want.

I just got the Vivoactive 3 yesterday - same issue. Not happy that I upgraded and am no longer receiving notifications from my Samsung 8S. Any idea when this will be resolved?

I have some other issues going in too so hopefully they get all the kinks fixed soon. As far as text notifications, last night I installed Moods... A text app. Set it as the default and so far I've
gotten everyone. After the past connect update in the play store, I have options to change the preset replies but it's not syncing and changing the replies on the watch.

I'm having the same issue while in activiity, too. I get phone calls in built-in activities but no text. third party IQ apps nothing.

I'm still having this issue. I have an iPhone. Anyone find a solution?

I have had my vivoactive 3 for 5 days now and i haven't had any notification issues. If you go to settings / system / About / SW Version, what version are you running? Mine is 2.70. I have an iPhone 6S running 10.3.3 with Garmin Connect 4.1.5.1.

Make sure DND isn't turned on on your watch. Also make sure you didn't setup Garmin Connect to use DND during the hours you are trying to get notifications.
