Not really sure where to put this but - I tried to flag a post on the Forum (obvious link to site selling meds) and was told Not Authorized for this function - is there anywhere to report this type of problem with Forum function?
OK thanks - so it seems other people have the problem but Garmin are not interested - what I was hoping to find was somewhere you could open a support ticket for the forum itself
That forum is where you raise issues pertaining to Garmin's implementation of the forum on the vBulletin platform. Garmin may or may not read it (but most probably will), may or may not acknowledge it, and may or may not take the view that it has obligation to keep the person who raised it (and other users, too) updated with its status and/or progress.
I don't think the assumption, that everything an IT service user touches these days has a corresponding ‘ticketing‘ system (for incident management, problem management, service request management, etc.) on which he/she can raise an issue and track its progress as a stakeholder, is warranted.
