Garmin Connect - Customise Training Plans

Sorry if this has been asked already but I wanted to know if there is any way to modify the training plans that are available through the Garmin Connect site to change the days that activities occur?
Currently the long run on my plan takes place on a wednesday and I would like this to be a Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.
  • In the Calendar in Garmin Connect online, you can drag a workout associated with the training plan. In the example below, I could drag just all the long runs one by one to Mondays, or I can reschedule the entire training plan such that W0xD7 fall on Mondays (and W0xD6 fall on Sundays, and so on).

    this was the exact action i needed.
    btw i started using garmin training plan "improve my fitness" and TS widget displays "unproductive" :rolleyes:
