Average Pace problem - no data on web/app

Hi,

I could see my yesterday's run average pace after I'm done. Both on web page garmin connect, and iphone app.
I have screenshots as well.
However today I can't see average pace at garmin connect or phone app.
On the other side, I still can see average pace on my fenix 5 watch last sport menu.

I see several times people have this problem, but can't see if they're fixed.
I've already sent e-mail to the garmin support.
But this is really annoying bug!

Anyone else?

That is strange, I can see average pace on the Garmin connect website for past runs. When I click on a run to look at the details, the avg. pace is on the chart for pace. Avg. pace is also listed on the bottom of the screen in "Timing" section.

Granted, I am using a VA3 and a VAHR, so maybe this is a fenix 5 issue? Anyway, I hope these extra details help you in some way.

Well I got response from Garmin support, I've export original to .fit file, than deleted the activity, and import again..this brings av.pace again..

That sounds like a complicated workaround. Are they working on a fix or are you going to always have to export and re-import?

This only happened with my last run , I'll see what will happen with my future runs...
