Slow, slow, slow

Just when I want to access Garmin Connect its running very, very slow.
It loads but incredibly slowly.
Then again problems with all things Garmin related is nothing new.
Wahoo for me next time.
Was considering a new Edge 820 but not any more. Riddled with problems from many accounts.
More than 12 firmware updates to the 520 and it still doesn't work properly.
The sooner Garmin realise the threat of superior competition the better.
Their bloody minded arrogance and blithe indifference to paying customers will eventually be their undoing.
Are you listening silent Garmin management?
Pull up your socks. Improve the software and listen to your customers.

    highercountry,
I doubt anyone from Garmin will see your post, this forum is more for user to user interaction. I might suggest that you send in a support request if you truly want Garmin to know your thoughts.

I will also confirm that Garmin Connect is pretty much not working this morning for me as well.

There is currently an issue that is causing Garmin Connect to experience extreme latency or not load pages as expected. The Garmin Connect team is aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will update this thread when the issue is resolved.

You're most probably correct and this is probably not the place to whinge about Garmin but man, whenever I've tried politely contacting Garmin Support I've been met with a stony wall of silence, unhelpful advise or just plain indifference.

At least this time an admin saw the post and responded. That is a step in the right direction.
