Can't get draw file from Topo NA 10 to PN-60 GPS

The draw file is visible on my project map but it doesn't show during Sync as an item that can be sent to my GPS. I've copied it as a waypoint--now I can see it, but the shading (I'm highlighting public land) will not transfer.
