Extracting heart rate data from daily summary

Hi there,

I have been using my vivoactive HR to collect heart rate data to help me manage a heart condition. I need to extra this information from Garmin Connect so I can look at it and compare days in Excel.

I have managed to download the 'original file' as a fit file and tried opening it in things like Golden Cheetah but it doesn't work. Getting into Excel would enable to do a lot quickly any thoughts.

Also I want to go backwards an review particular daily summary, I thought that would be possible through the calendar just go to the date you want but it does work like that, is there a quick way to jump to a day you need?

Thanks Mash

The Fit File repair tool will display this and it can be exported in a CSV file. But I only have the evaluation version and when I tried it I just got the headers.
But I did a google on "fit file to csv" and it appears that there might be other programs that will do the conversion.

Mobile Connect does use the calendar to go to a give date. I wish that web version also did this. But if you look at the time line url you will see something like this
    "....9fc181f5e5/2017-09-04/timeline"

You can just put edit the url to the date that you want.
