Complexes In Workouts

Hi All,

I am considering the move from the VA-HR to the Slate VA 3 (when it comes out). I have a few strength training workout questions in the mean time. I'll separate them into different posts... Hopefully this is the right place to post these...

The first, involves programming complexes in my workout. I start my workouts with a main lift, say Bench Press 6x4 then followed by the following two complexes, 5 rounds each, 1 minute rest between rounds:

First Complex:
Decline Pushups
Burpees
Jumping Jacks

Second Complex:
Dumbbell Raise-Rows
Mountain Climbers
Skiers

My question is, What would the best method to program the complex part of the workout in GC? Since my complexes change from workout to workout, I still need to be reminded of what the exercises are and would like not to have major lapses in time... Not having used GC workouts yet, does it take very long to step between the steps? If it only takes one or two quick taps to get to the next step, it's probably not an issue.
