Sharing calendar to Office 365, error "..account already associated..."

I have a problem when sharing the Garmin Connect calendar to Office 365, error message "That Office 365 account is already associated with another Garmin Connect account."

This is what I have done:
  • First time I tried to add the Office account to Garmin Connect (using the ios app) it worked fine, the calendar showed up in Outlook, about 2 months ago.
  • After a few weeks it did not show the new activities in Outlook. I tried to add the Office 365 account once more, but each time I got ?Network error/problem? (translated from Swedish)
  • Now I have revoked the rights for Garmin Connect in Office 365.
  • I have tried to connect to Office 365 today using Garmin Connect on the web, but gets the error message: "That Office 365 account is already associated with another Garmin Connect account."

Anyone have ideas on how to solve this?

    Hi. I had the same issue. I did the following:
    - Revoked permits of "Garmin Connect" in My Account on the Office 365 configuration (sub menú Application Permits, or something like that, I have the spanish version)
    - Deleted the Garmin Connect calendar in Outlook

    Not sure if both steps are neccesary, maybe its enough with just the second step. I was able to connect again.
