I need two 400 meter laps during a 5-mile track workout merged into one. I've tried editing the TCX file but I can't seem to get it to work properly. Can anyone help me out?
Awesome! I've attached the file. I'd like the 3rd and 4th laps merged (for reference, the workout was 6 x 800 with a 400 jogging recovery). I REALLY appreciate the help!
