Has anyone run into this? My Vivoactive HR is no longer seen by computers, either my iMac or my MacBook Pro. The watch sees a connection, and changes its screen to charging and connected, but it never appears as a device in the computer. Garmin Express will look for devices and find nothing. Any idea what can be done? There are several items that the application tells me need to be updated, but I cannot do so since I can't seem to connect it! Thanks!
