Erased activity on website and cannot upload it again from the watch

Hi.
By mistake I erase one activity from the Garmin Connect website. However, I still have the activity on my garmin forerunner 310 XT. After I sync it again it does not upload that activity.
How can I upload it again?
I'm using Garmin Express to connect with the Garmin Express.

Manual page 34. Send All Data. There is an option called "Force Send". That might solve your problem.

Hi.
I tried that but it didn't work. The activity does not appear on the website but it's on the watch.
Any other possibility?

If I remember correctly, you can do a manual upload from Garmin Connect with the device connected. Try that and see if you can 'look' into the device and see the file that way.
