Garmin Connect Shows Blank Pages When Opened from Browser

Normally I do not report any errors but this time is too long. Garmin workout when opened activity through the website only shows blank pages using Mozilla Firefox 55.0.3 (32-bit) and Chrome Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit). It's been several days. Please help.

    Same problem here... for the past few days there is no way to get data and dashboards in Garmin Connect, doesn't matter the browser or the account, basically it doesn't work. Is there any update from support???
  • Support are denying there is a problem and claiming that it is a fault caused by our browser settings. I'm disappointed by the lack of interest shown by Garmin to what is clearly a technical fault: either an upgrade has missed a line of code or has failed to include certain browser compatibility.
  • I've got my data back - my usual dashboard is visible!
  • Problem has returned, white screen instead of dashboard... :-(

    Mine has consistently worked during this time so don't be too quick to assume it's not a problem at your end :)

    I have the same issue - I have tried Edge, Firefox & Chrome on my Windows 10 pc and I also have the same issue on my Chromebook. The issue started last Saturday when Garmin were upgrading their systems - it did work on Tuesday. I have downloaded the Garmin Connect Mobile app from the Microsoft store and fortunately this seems to do most things that I need apart from creating a gpx file from an activity.

    But if it is a problem at our end and we all have the same problem, all we want to know is how to fix it? My Garmin watch is of no use to me if I can't view my activities. Where should I be looking for a solution - I don't have any problems downloading any other web pages?
  • Call Product Support. They can if necessary take control of your PC to help.
