add trainings with specific pace zones

Hi,
In my trainings, I often use some specific paces while running on tracks : the 10km pace, the 5km pace, the 1km pace.
For example : 800 meters at 10km pace, 400m at 5km pace, 200m at 1km pace.
Those different paces are estimated based on my previous running (I know for example that my pace for 10k is 3:45 and for 5km it's 3:35)
I saw that there's a possibility to add "heart rate zones" in the trainings ( zone 1 to 5).
Is it (would it be ?) possible to have the same feature for the pace ?
It would be perfect for fartlek/interval training to be able to say : 800m at pace1, 400m at pace2.

    You can create a workout and assign a pace to that particular effort (or efforts)
    IN GC Web click on training
    workouts
    create a workout

    it is pretty intuitive from there
    If you need help plenty of good people here who will help with any questions (and probably know more than i do and other ways to do it as well)

  • Hi and thanks for your answer.
    I'm already using the pace feature, but in my trainings I always refer to some specific paces (always the same), so I wish we could avoid to enter them all the time specifically.
    In other words, exactly as the heartrate zones which are already defined somewhere in the website, we could have pace zones defined somewhere that we could call anytime.
    I've put 2 attachments :
    -the first one is an example of a training,
    - the second one is what I'm refering to (pace1 to pace5 would then be defined elsewhere in our profile).
