I have a Garmin Swim watch and am getting the "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" error message in Express. Previously, this was due to user settings that were trying to be downloaded to the watch (I updated my weight in GC, forgetting that it causes this issue). Prior to the website design, I could follow these steps to delete the items from the queue and restore my syncing ability, but I am no longer able to find this option. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Log into Garmin Connect.
Click on the Sync queue on the left side of the screen. (It looks like 2 arrows and has a number in a circle next to it.) (I can no longer find this option)
Right below the Garmin Swim, it shows "User Settings". Click on the "x" to the right of this.
Confirm you want to remove this.
