Site error downloading data using "Export Original"

Hi all,

So, I have been looking through my old rides (probably motionbased rides that got converted to garmin connect), and noticed that some of them for some reason were not displaying the GPS track, i.e. the GPS data appeared to be missing from the activity. I had a search of this issue, and someone had reported the same problem. The solution was to export the data (original data) and reimport it back in.

This worked for a lot of the bad rides, however, there are three which won't allow me to download the original data.

Whilst viewing the activity, I go to the cog icon, and select "Export Original". The Garmin Connect site then displays me the following error:

{"message":null,"error":"UnauthorizedException"}
Any ideas as to how to download this original data?
