Goals Missing from Menu

I do not have goals on the mobile app or on the web page for garmin connect but I can manually get to the goals by entering the url. How do I get it to appear as an item on the menu or on a dashboard?

I see it on in Safari running on my MacBook:

You click on the large plus sign on the dashboard.

The Goal option does appear on the dashboard on my computer but I cannot save any goals. Furthermore, goals are not available on app either.

how do you mean you can't save any goals, just click on goals , create the goal by clicking on create a goal.
to have a goal on the dashboard, just click on the + in the square, click on goals in the menu that opens, a goals widget will open on the dashboard in which you can selct which goal you want to view.

No sadly goals don't show in the mobile app
