Sleep tracking and activity type

Okay so I have 3 issues with the current software, using the forerunner 235:

1. Sleep tracking is way off a lot of times. I take it off to charge it after a week, put it back on, make and eat dinner and walk a bit around. result: Garmin connect thinks I slept since I started charging.... mind you, my sleeping cycle is set to 11 pm, it displayed going to bed at 8 pm
I wake up and have a look at the connect app: Awake time is okay ish. Go downstairs to the shower and take it off. Then take it back on and have a look: Sleep time adjusted, it was now displaying that showering was sleeping as well. And that is reproducible. So I have to adjust the time manually every week ... would be worse if I watched TV in my bed I guess ... for bed time and every day for the wake-up time. Any fix for that?

2. Activities. When I start an activity with e.g. other activity, then go to Garmin connect and adjust the type, the calories burned stay the same. Out of interest, I changed it to motorcycling, which apparently burns as much as running does? What sense do activities have then? Or can I just drive around to burn calories

3. The myfitnesspal app sync of activities is random as well. Most of the time fast walking is just aerobic. Once it got it right, with it displaying Walking, very fast with 9 min / km.

In general, I cant even know right now if I trust the device at all.

PS: ... represents braces, since you cannot post if you have some in your post due to an JSON error. Quality software there as well
