Feature request - Photos for Gear

Would be great if we could add a picture for our gear.
Like shoes. Instead of a generic picture for the shoe an actual uploaded picture would help in identifying.

I agree. It looks like there's already a spot for it, but for now it only shoes a generic shoe

Shocking you still can't add photos/notes to your gear. It wouldn't need to be anything fancy!

We can only speculate about the reasons. One could be storage related, but that can easily be countered with picture size limits.

More reasons would simple laziness or that the subject is low priority.

I mean, users can upload profile pictures here on the forums, so what's the big deal?!
