Garmin Express Syncing but not Uploading to Garmin Connect

Using FR610 with ANT Stick on Windows 10. Garmin Express confirms Sync is successful but nothing is being uploaded to Garmin Connect. I have tried on 2 computers and reinstalled the latest version of Express (5.5.0.0). Any tips? Garmin system issue? Was working fine just a couple of days ago.
