Samsung Galaxy A7 SM-A720S Connect Fail vivosmart 3

I have Samsung Galaxy A7 SM-A720S with Android 7.0 and I do have a problem pairing Galaxy A7 with Garmin vivosmart 3.
I'm trying to connect and pair using Garmin Connect Mobile v 3.20.1

I've tried everything I know.

I had no problems with pairing vivosmart 3 with LG G3 Phone.
And no problems with pairing xiaomi mi band with Samsung Galaxy A7.

Do you have any ideas how can I fix it? Is it possible to fix? What should I do?

Same issue here. I sent an email a couple of days ago. No answer but an automated email confirmation with Nothing but my own message.

samsung a7 2017
vivosmart 3

fails to pair.
passcode only appears a few seconds

This is what ive tried and stil failed to pair:

resetting network connections
erased cache
reboot phone
safe mode
older garmin connect versions
updated firware
disabled wifi,gps and data.
pretend its a bad dream, come back later and try again
Prayers
SENDING EMAIL to Garmin.
live garmin support chat with a guy called Edgar.

nothing so far lets me pair. Ive read somewhere here that perhaps downgrading to android 6 will do th trick.

i say NO. NO GARMIN, not cool.

give us some answers please
