Have created TCX and GPX routes using strava and map my ride. I have done this both on android phone and laptop. Garmin connect wont allow me to upload ANY gpx or TCX file! I am trying to get it on to my Edge 800....this is becoming infuriating!

Anyone have any fixes?

:mad:Trying to upload GPX files via https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data and always just get the unspecified error. In fact, from a software engineering point, this is not an error message, but just a failure. One cannot derive anything from it: is my data wrong, if so, in which line, or is the service not working, or is anything else wrong with my file. Really crappy! This problem is mentioned in many postings, but no response from Garmin...

It is possible that there is an error in those GPX and TCX files. Attach ZIPPED copies of your files to another post here and someone will check them.
