Please Help - Corrupt FIT file

I have just completed my first Olympic Triathlon (London) after a couple of years of doing sprint, and my Chronos recorded the event but it appears the FIT file is corrupt and i'm not sure how to fix it. Normal I wouldn't care but seeing as this is my first and I had two Personal Bests (PBs) I wondered whether the file could be fixed. If anyone knows a way or can fix it that would be amazing. I've tried the normal online tools but to no avail. Fingers crossed someone takes pity on me.
