Garmin not syncing to Strava

I logged out then in of both Garmin and Strava accounts. Garmin computer syncs to Garmin connect,however, connect is not syncing to Strava. Strava shows it is connect to Garmin connect. I created a new event in Garmin to trigger a new sync and still nothing to Strava. Is this a Garmin connect issue or Strava?
