report widgets not working again

For the last several days, the report widgets on my dashboard fail to load. I have tried different computers with different operating systems and browsers. I saw some complaints on the forum in June about this, but supposedly it got fixed. Seems like things are broken again.
  • Do you mean this problem? If so it is still broken and has not been fixed.

    It does not seem to be that problem, although perhaps they are related. I have a couple of reports widgets on my dashboard -- one that displays daily steps and another that displays activity info by week -- and neither one loads. And when I click on the "Reports" link in the "Connect" pane on the left of the page, I get a frowny face and a "Sorry, we're having trouble with this page" error message.

    Add another to the list with reports not working. Same thing, I have reports widgets for number of activities, TE all of them with the frown face. Clicking on the main report page gives me the same thing. Tried different browsers, clearing cookies and no change. Emailed support.

    Another one in France - metric. Clicking on the main report page gives me the frown face. Tried on windows, linux, no change. The account of my wife works...

    I opened a case with Garmin, went back and forth with screenshots. They finally responded saying they are aware the reports page/widgets are not loading for some users and are working on it. Just for kicks, I registered a new account and uploaded a bunch of workouts and reports work fine.

    Thanks for the update! Hopefully Garmin will get their act together soon on this issue.

    The reports are finally working again! Hope they stay fixed.
