Garmin Zumo 660 Stuck on Update Part 2 - Preparing Device for Map Update

I am trying to update my maps on my Garmin Zumo 660 using Garmin Express. It is stuck on Update Part 2 - Preparing Device for Map Update. Any help or suggestions?

Please post in the Express forum. I'd normally move this thread for you but the latest forum update doesn't allow me to do so.
