Cannot Login to connect.garmin.com

I just fired off an email to support through their website, but I thought I would post this here in case others are having the same issue. When I click on 'sign in' on the garmin connect website I get a nearly blank page that says only: 'Disallowed Key Characters.'

Is anyone else having this issue?

Ok, it's still broken, but I found a weird workaround. I can login to this forum and it will log me into the main site as well.

I don't know if this helps but connect.garmin.com is an https site.

I requested a password reset
and was able to log in, but all of my information is gone. Device, profile, workouts....like I never existed.

It really sounds like you somehow created a second Connect account.

Having the same issue. However if I launch Garmin Express and sync my device and then choose the connect button I do get logged in. If I launch the sign-in in Chrome I immediately get presented with a blank screen and the words "Disallowed Key Characters"

It's happening to me as well...
Windows 10 - IE, firefox, chrome or edge.
None of them work to sign in.
I've already tried to clean up cookies, history, temp files.

At some point I could change the language to something else and login but now it doesn't work anymore.

I have the same problem one of my computers. I tried Firefox, Chrome and IE. I cleared the cache and cookies but keep getting this message: "Disallowed Key Characters."

The funny thing is I can log in from my laptop. Connect actually looks different. I think they must be testing a new version and something is going wrong when I try to connect.

The computer that I'm having problems with is on a different network.
