Normalized power report not working correctly?

Despite all my rides are with power, the Normalized Power report stops at Feb 2017. It there a way to update the report? I am using two power meters...maybe the data shown refers to only one of them? Any way to show the other one as well?
any garmin guys that can help out with this issue (that has been reported by other users as well)?

  • I have the same problem.

    It seems that there are lots of problems with the power meter-based reports. I think there are at least 7 issues. I created a new account and uploaded a week's data and the Normalised Power showed up, so I thought some of were due to corruption in my account and others were general issues but your post suggests that they are all general Garmin Connect bugs.

    1. Normalized Power data does not appear in the widget (or it does but only very rarely) "You have no data for this time period."

    2. Normalized Power report does not appear in the list of reports when clicking through from the widget (related to the first point)

    3. Clicking through from the Normalised Power widget goes to a report that does not appear in the list of reports and contains no data https://connect.garmin.com/modern/re...ast_seven_days

    4. Training Effect data does not appear in the widget "You have no data for this time period."

    5. Training Effect click through goes to a running report instead of all activities or cycling https://connect.garmin.com/modern/re...ast_seven_days

    6. The Training Effect report cannot show cycling and running separately on the same plot (like the V02max)

    7. IF/TSS only uses one of the activities from each day instead of summing the TSS and IF

    I have a case open with Product Support.

    It would be helpful if you logged it as well as if it is just me they'll almost certainly ignore it. It took over a month to get the case opened.

    Very interesting. I know at least one friend of mine with the same problem as well....we'll definitely log it in with power support as well!

    I experience the same issue.
    VERY frustrating, and forces me to use other platforms (e.g. Xert) to track/review Power progress.
    Please remove faulty reports from GC until they work reliably.

    Hi all, has anyone had a fix to the FTP and the Training Effect (Cycling) reports not working - I've just raised a ticket and seems this is another issue that Garmin are just waiting till it goes away.
