From the attached picture, I would like to know why the week goal cannot be changed?

No problem changing it here, just click on the pencil & then either decrease or increase using the up & down arrows next to the figure

I schould have mentioned that yes using the pencil changes the value, however once refreshing the web page and the original value"1350" comes again.?
