Ok but the problem is that Golf is the only activity present in the main menu. Why Golf and not Swim, Run... ?
The watch knows all the activities we practice (or not). It is completely incoherent to have…
You can use Garmin Connect Overrides to hide golf: https://github.com/truxoft/GCO
As a Garmin Connect User
Who don't play Golf
I want to remove the Golf-Section within my Connect-App.
Also:

who like to track Goals, which have been setup in the web platform
I want to see the progress of the goals in the Connect App
I don't play golf.
I've never played golf.
I will never play golf.
I utterly loathe golf.
Please can we hide or delete any references to golf from our Connect app and from the web interface?
Please!
Golf is just a good walk ruined.
Yes, let's make Golf optional.
How does Garmin not know that some of its clients find the very idea of golf offensive? Environmentally ruinous, expensive, slow-paced hobby for fat rich people.
It hardly screams GPS fuelled adventure in the great outdoors (unless you play it as poorly as I do, in which case you spend a lot of time in the bushes retrieving balls).
I pay a sub to Strava so totally ignore Garmin's awful app...its only function is to port data to a much better App..
Garmin has zero cred in software, UI, UX...it's a hardware company with no customer skills .. it should play to its strengths and history as GPS hardware business and give up on consumer facing marketing...it's proven over and over how clueless it is... this is from someone who has used garmin for years I'm just realistic on expectations and core competencies
In short, Garmin hardware, Strava software
Yeah, I only open Garmin Connect when I want to see certain data that isn’t available in strava or runalyze. Everything about Garmin Connect Mobile screams “we never test this app or use it ourselves…” (much like these forums — yes I know the forum platform is not made by Garmin, but it’s funny how they managed to pick a platform which reflects their own approach to software so closely.).
Even though runalyze has terrible UX, it’s still better than Garmin Connect (especially Garmin Connect Mobile) in many ways (at least it has a lot more data and features, and I don’t expect it to have good UX because it’s a free 3rd-party website.)
