Decent workouts for the forerunners specifying your zones not HR number?

Hello - a lot of the workouts seem to specify HR with a number instead of a zone. This seems a bit odd as now i need to memorise my actual zones numbers.

Are there any workouts for any activity type that say,

10min warm up

3min HR zone 3, rest 1min (repeat x5)

10 min cool down.


Or am i missing something?

Have the FR 935.
