Can't unload Activity to GPX

Yesterday the Activity page showed 5 icons: Edit, Favorites, Share, Privacy and More... Under the More button was a bunch of options including "Export to GPX" ,
Today I go back to the activity and only find two: "Share" and "More",and More only offers "Send to Device" and "Save as course" (see attached images)
I still want to unload the activity to gpx, but have lost the option.
What am I missing here?

I tried on one account using Chrome and a 2nd account using Windows "e" browser. Both showed the full compliment of Edit, *, Share, lock, and More. And under More the full compliments of exports and exports and others.

I was having issues yesterday that were resolved by signing out and then back in again - Safari on iMac, MacOS Sierra

Interesting... I've logged out and in and still only get "Send to Device" and "Save as Course" options under the "More " icon.
But on some other activities, I get the option to Unload to GPX etc.
(I tried to attach a screenshot but got an error!)
