Is it still possible to edit Activity type from "Other" to "Walking" or "Hiking" in Garmin Connect?

The problem is with the quick edit drop-down in activities view - Hiking and Walking are not included.

I can now edit the activity type in the window for the particular activity - this was not possible for me yesterday but it is today - so problem solved. But still strange (intentional, I presume) behaviour in quick edit

The problem is with the quick edit drop-down in activities view - Hiking and Walking are not included.

Apparently in the quick-edit drop-down only subtypes of the recorded activity are included. However on the activity view full list is available.

This restriction is not very helpful when my 920XT records custom activities as "other" by default and then the drop down in quick edit only contains a selection of possible activities. looks like I will have to continue to use the full activity view!

I apologise for possibly being in the wrong forum but I could not find a forum for the “Dakota 20”. Is it possible to use the Dakota 20 for off road cycling with a loaded .gpx routeand have turn by turn directions displayed? And if so - how?
