Triathlon Training plan and other issues

After a subscribing to a triathlon training plan in Garmin Connect, if I consult the calendar, the swimming activities are represented as a comments not as workouts (like the running and bike activities). This is not nice.

To make the things worse, on Connect app on Android (in the Calendar section) the swimming activities are missing completely.
This is very bad and very sad.

The upload of images don't work. I have tried png and jpg files.

The search option is useless because no matter what I searched for I got 0 results!

I contacted Garmin support about swim workouts in the calendar. This is Garmin's response:

"You are correct, swims don't go over as actual workouts. That is how it is intended to be, it is not an error. Triathlon training plans have always worked this way and there are no plans to change it."

I strongly voiced my disappointment about this, but I don't think Garmin will ever fix things.

I've noticed the same issue. I think it's because the training plans were developed before Connect supported multistep swim workouts and for whatever reason they have chosen not to update them (maybe to continue to support older devices). What would be really useful is if Garmin allowed custom training plans (something that many of us have wanted for quite a while).
